| Abstract:
My invention relates to a combination tool and more particularly to a tool which may be used either as an expansion bit or an adjustable washer cutter. One object of my invention is to provide the tool with such a form of pilot bit that the said bit will operate effectively in connection with either of the forms of cutting tool used. Another object of my invention is to provide an improved form of boring cutter for use when the device is operated as an expansion bit.
Claim:
A cutter for extension bits comprising an adjustable bar, and a boring blade carried thereby, said boring blade being U-sb aped, the lower end of each side of said blade forming a lip, and one side of said blade being bent over to form a routing cutter arranged between and behind said lips. |
