Description:
The drills used for cutting holes in paper are sharpened hollow cylinders such that the waste discs travel up the inside of the cylinder and through a corresponding hole in the chuck body. An "agitating blade" helps pull the paper discs out of the passage and delivers them to a discharge outlet.
