The "tail" end of the shank of the movable jaw of a "Billings" type wrench (i.e. D26,111) acts as the locking wedge for a loop or halves of a loop. The "tail" also includes a means for locking the adjustment in closed position. The two-part locking means includes a set screw, and spring-loaded detent. |
