Description:

This is a combination cutter fastener and throat adjuster. There is a long screw that runs from the heel to the mouth and connects to a block attached to the cutter. The block serves as an adjustable mouth and a chipbreaker.

Mullear later patented an improvement for the block 55207. Note the differeces in the spelling of his name.
