Description: |
This design patent is for the common drill bit indexes made by Cleveland Twist Drill Co. in the somewhat star-shape of their logo. These indexes were made in bronze, bronze-finished base metal, and black anodized base metal. They came in types for holding 60 wire gage bits, or 29 fractional bits.
The patent drawing shows an impressive looking hemisphere of the globe as the central design. However, this model is very rare, mostly models with the CTD logo and text are encountered. |
