This invention has relation to that class of metal-working machines employed for the stamping and otherwise forming of nuts and washers; and among the objects in view are to provide a machine for the above purpose which will automatically stamp and form the nut from a blank of metal, subsequently punch the same, and afterward deliver the nut therefrom, said machine to be provided with suitably-timed mechanism for accomplishing these successive steps.
