Description: |
One cutting lip curves rearward and angles slightly upward (away from the tip), tending to cut the inner half of the chip. The other cutting lip is straight, but angles slightly downward, tending to cut the outer half of the chip and throwing it outward. The idea being to divide the chip and lessen its resistance during removal. |
