| Improvement on patent no. 512,007. The movable jaw rocks slightly and is held "forward" by a spring. Size adjustment accomplished by the spring pawl at the base of the movable jaw engaging rack teeth on the main shank. As the pressure on the work piece increases, the jaw rocks "back" and the grip tightens. |
