Description:
Swinging loops at each end comprise graduated sizes of "box-end" wrenches. A known example has markings reflecting British production of the wrench (British patent 4916 of 1919 - GB-136,723, which calls the loops "stirrups.") Also patented in Canada - CA-201,305.
