Description: |
Special graduations which allows calculation of thickness of planks, diameter of the log, or the number of planks that can be cut to be directly read if the two of the three measurements are known. Also an additional scale is provided that indicates the number of turns required on the log carriage for cutting boards of a particular thickness.
Mr. Carter also states that the most convenient size of the rule is thirty inches by three (30"x3") |
