Description: |
| The patent describes a ratchet handle separable from the tool holding portion of ratchet drills, etc. A separate patent application for the ratchet (28392 of 1908) was not accepted.
In practice, Friedberger produced ratchet spanners with assorted sized openings [labeled "RATchet"], and ratchet drivers for tubular sockets [sets labeled "AUTORETTE"].
The specifications refer to prior specifications: 4762 of 1880; 28045 of 1903 (Ratchet drill) & 9766 of 1908 (Ratchet screwdriver). |
