Description: |
| Structure of adjusting means allows for screw- and quick-adjust. The quick-adjust feature is a thumb piece with an off-center bore such that 1/4 turn of the thumb piece releases grip on the main adjusting screw. A modification of that principle appears together with aspects of 646,565 and 769,605 in the HAMMOND MFG. Co. nut wrench.
At the time, laws relating to business incorporation led companies to incorporate in Maine regardless of the location of their business offices and manufacturing facilities. |
