Description: |
| Two parts designed to slide together and latch with a spring-loaded latch rod. The parts have protruding barbs, and one part has a barb which pushes through the nose cartilage into a socket in the other part to prevent loss. "Nose piercing" was a feature of some calf weaner patents that may not have been implemented in devices actually marketed successfully. |
