Abstract:
My intention relates to a novel method of constructing an oil-cup for steam cylinders, and has for its object to effect the feeding in of the oil automatically by the action of steam, in a manner to be presently explained, and to this end my invention consists in a novel mode of constructing oil-cops, in which the lubricating material therein contained is lifted by condensed steam and allowed to flow over into and down through the steam tube into the cylinder.
