Abstract:
he object of the invention is to produce a cheap gridiron, which may have its cover readily applied in an airtight manner, in order o retain the heated gases, &c., in contact with the upper surface of the meats, and there by effect the cooking of both its sides at once.
Claim:
The combination of the cast-metal body A, having the wide, flat inclined faces a, and the cover B, having the flat inclined flange b, fitting over and around the body, as shown, whereby a wide bearing is obtained, and a close union of the parts insured upon forcing down the cover. |
