Description: |
This tool in the drawing was intended for removing the tire weights of patent 2,049,918, and is an improvement to the earlier tool of patent 2,173,321, in spreading out the pressure on the weights so that the weights are not distorted by the action of the tool. The patent number appears on a version of the "PDQ Weight Tool" and we presume it was manufactured by the assignee firm which was also involved in multiple lawsuits involving wheel balancing weights, etc.
For more on the tool's design, see 2,274,126. |
