| Claim:
In a device of the character described, a die-holder, dies mounted therein, a rotatable cam sleeve on said die-holder for actuating said dies, an inclined plate secured thereon, a longitudinally-movable ring engaging said inclined plate to rotate paid said ring, and means to prevent the rotation of said ring on the die-holder. |
