Claim:

A countersink device including, in combination, a rotatable and reciprocable spindle, a housing on said spindle- for rotation therewith and reciprocation relative thereto, a first sleeve about said housing movable in reciprocation and rotation, relative thereto, a second sleeve threaded-on said first sleeve for adjustment thereon, and locking means preventing the relative rotation between said sleeves on said thread.
