Claim:
In an air and gas engine, the combination with high and low pressure cylinders, of an iir-cylinder arranged upon one end of one of the high -pressure cylinders, the piston of which is connected up with the piston of the high-pressure cylinder, an air-compressor mounted upon the end of the other high-pressure cylinder, means for storing the air compressed, and piping for leading the compressed air to the air-cylinder or to the low-pressure cylinder as may be desired, substantially as described. |
