| The patent covers multiple aspects of a "double lever" riveting machine with the upper lever positioning the anvil to fit the overall length of tubular or split rivet used, and the lower lever operating the "plunger" driving the rivet against the anvil. Both the anvil and plunger structures include springs to return the respective parts to fully retracted position.
