Description: |
Saw blade is composed of tough wrought iron, or homogeneous or Bessemer steel, and having a hard carbonized exterior surface. Steel is placed in a red hot bath of Turk's Island salt and prussage of potash in 3:1 ratio and then quenched when appropriate. |
