Description: |
A 1956 catalog from Woden Works shows the "No. 114 steel sash cramp" that was "fitted with the DEACON tail-slide Patent No. 736120. This tail-slide incorporates a spring-loaded catch. When the catch is depressed the slide may be freely moved along the bar, the pin automatically selecting the next stop. The tail-slide is securely locked regardless of the angle at which the bar may be turned." The No. 115 had the same mechanism but with a jaw depth of 2 1/4 inches where the No. 114 was 2 inches. |
