Abstract:
A copying attachment adapted to be used with a lathe of the kind having an open bed, i.e. a longitudinal gap in the bed, comprises a saddle longitudinally slidable on the bed, a cross slide 13 mounted on the saddle on a straight slideway, a follower 16 and a tool rigidly fastened to the cross slide, a template 24 adapted to be fastened within the gap in the bed and biasing means such as the springs 21, 22 adapted to urge the follower against the template. |
