This patent covers the corrugated-side Eagle No. 66 hand oiler. The corrugations were intended to strengthen the oiler body and also improve the grip. Another patented feature is having the pump mechanism completely contained within the body. Other oilers had the pump mounted on the cap, which led to oil dripping when the oiler was refilled. |
