Description:

This patent was subsequently improved in patents 334,893 and 335,619. See also British patent GB-186,601,882. The existence of multiple patents suggests that this invention was manufactured but we have found no evidence to support either Pement manufacturing chucks or that he licensed his chuck design to anyone else.
