A known example is marked, "WORDEN CHAIN TOOL // PAT NO. 1693755." Hotz's Canadian patent CA-296,492 "SUPPORT FOR TIRE CHAINS" was assigned to the Worden Hotz Company of Boston, MA. The company dissolved in 1933. |
