| Description: |  | The tool adds a leather punch and rasp to Warren's combination nippers and horseshoe nail clincher (Pat. no. 40,522). The punch also serves as a stop to prevent the nipper jaws from scoring each other, and a second "backup" stop is noted as an option. A coil spring to open the jaws replaces the flat spring between the handles noted in the earlier patent. Forming the "free" handle end as a nail claw is noted as an option.
