Parallel jaw seal crimping pliers; the connection between the handles and jaws is different than in other BERNARD parallel jaw pliers as the jaw travel is just sufficient to insert lead seals. The jaws have concentric ridges to mark and deform the seal. The spring tends to open the jaws. |
