Description:
The patent describes a double jaw nut wrench similar in appearance to the "DIAMOND" based on patent 286,653 and predecessors. There is no known connection between this patent and those wrenches.

The focus in this patent is a spring between the sliding jaw and wrench frame which would keep the movable jaw from shifting when slid into position. For some uses, this adjustment would be sufficient without tightening the wing nut.

This feature has not been observed in wrenches of this type.

Corresponding British patent GB-188704186 was registered March 19, 1887 by M. H. Seymour of Montreal.
