Description: |
"T" handle drives a socket through an intermediate gear train, with the gears placed at apices of a triangle. The "dogleg" conformation of the cased gear train allows access to the otherwise inaccessible nuts holding threshing machine cylinder teeth - in particular those teeth in line with the end rims, internal spiders, and binding hoops. The specifications note other patents using gear trains, and how this patent differs.
