The 1920 Bulletin of the Pennsylvania Dept. of Labor and Industry lists just two approvals for "Safety cylinders and cylinder heads": The Stutzman Round Cylinder Heads from Mr. Frank Stutzman of Williamsport, Pa., and the Oliver Circular Safety Cylinder from Oliver Machinery Co.A cutterhead has been seen, marked as follows: "Stutzman Pat. / Sept. 2, 1913. / Made by / Fischer Mfg. Co. / Williamsport, Pa." |
