Description:

Faces of the head are arranged with different size wrench sockets in half of the faces, and the opposite face having a recess for the ratchet-shaft. The opposite end of the ratchet-shaft is fitted with a handle.

The ratchet mechanism includes a reversible plunger type pawl.
