| This is a reversible ratchet with adjustable jaws in the head. The adjustable jaws are driven by paired left - and right-hand threaded screws. The screws are connected by gears and chain. One of the the screws has an extension which can connect to an exterior adjusting knob at one point in the ratchet head's rotation. |
