Description:

The larger frame is a "jack" to grasp and hold the axle of a light buggy or carriage. A clamping socket wrench for the axle nut is attached to the frame by a hinge so it can be swung out of the way to allow the wheel to slide off the axle so the axle can be cleaned and lubricated.
