Description:

The specifications note the combination of lever and screw for adjusting means. The adjusting screw is fitted tightly in the handle, and the wrench overall lengthens as the jaw opening increases. Corresponding Canadian patent CA-234,906 was granted Oct. 16, 1923.

Produced as the BONNELL SURE GRIP.

Similar in appearance and operation to the October 26, 1909 Daniel W. Shaffer patent (no. 937,966).
