Description:
Pliers type tool with a spring between the handles to open the jaws, and jaws shaped to form crimps in the paper tubes of shotgun shells. The ends of the handles are shaped to be useful as cartridge extractors. Since these crimpers cut the tubes, the shells would not be re-usable.
