I Claim:
In a device of the kind described, a flat rule like main shank having nut engaging apertures formed therein; a sliding jaw and shank mounted upon the main shank, the shank of the sliding jaw having notches formed therein adapted to register with the nut engaging apertures of the main shank; and means for locking the sliding jaw in any set position upon the main shank.
