Other known examples marked HOLD E-ZEE UPSON BROS. INC ROCHESTER NY, marked with this patent no. and 1,791,771; the screw holder slides into hollow at base of handle. The Upson brothers were on the board of directors of the Haines Manufacturing corp. and must have split of in the late 20's or early 30's.
