Description: |
Lever handle with a loosely connected gripping piece held in engagement with the toothed shank of the movable jaw by a leaf spring. Lift the lever handle sufficiently to clear the gripping piece from the notches in the movable jaw. Slide the movable jaw to engage the work piece. Close the grip of the lever handle which re-engages the gripping piece, and then tightens the grip.
The specifications call for the parts to be made of metal stampings. Known examples are 4 1/2 inch long pocket wrenches. |
