Description: |
The drawings do not clearly show how this works. It has a central wrench socket for the axle nut. The top lever has pins that extend the side pieces which clamp against the inside of the wheel hub. This locks the axle nut to the wheel so the wheel and nut can be turned on or off the axle together. |
