Description:
A "U" shaped frame, with a socket on one arm, and means for rotating the bolt on the other arm. The interior socket has a one-way ratchet. The means for holding the head of the bolt can slide in the "U" shaped frame, has a handle, and is shaped as a screwdriver or other form conformable to the head of the bolt.

In use, the ratchet socket is slipped over the nut to be removed, the exterior "screwdriver" pushed tight against the head, and then the frame is used as a ratchet handle to unscrew the nut, while the other hand holds the bolt firmly.
