Description:
Side-cutter flat jaw pliers. The metal of the handles has serrations to firmly attach glass or porcelain surface insulation.

The object is to provide electrical insulation for tools used on electric wiring, etc. Casey added a rubber coating to this idea in patent no. 419,111.
