The wrench is for water stops, gas shutoffs, etc. which may be buried at some depth or located overhead. The shaft can be extended, has a "T" handle for leverage, and a pentagon socket for the five-sided bolt used to secure some stop box covers. The patent describes a couple of alternate modes of connecting the adjustable shank segments. |
