History of Monroe County biography of E. E. Nogar

Description:

The inventor, Russell Harvey Nogar (1835-1914) would later be the senior partner in the blacksmithing firm of R. H. Nogar & Son, Temperance, Michigan. At the time of this patent he was a millwright, according to "History of Monroe County, Michigan", page 804 (see link), in a biography of the "Son" in R. H. Nogar & Son.
