Description: |
The adjuster is to pull the thill-eye into place against the resistance of a rubber or spring anti-rattler. It consists of a lever handle, and pulling hook, connected by a pin. The lever handle has a series of holes to adjust the leverage. The two parts additionally are formed as wrenches and a hammer poll thereby forming a tool kit for the carriage. |
