Description: |
A "mutilated male screw" with tapered ends on the thread segments fits into a corresponding partial female thread or rack. A thumb piece on the male screw is provided for the adjustment means. There is a tension spring at the inner end of the screw to mitigate accidental movement. The major difference between this reissue and the original is an additional detailed drawing. |
