Description: |
Rather than a ratchet in the normal sense, the head portion including the toothed wheel swings relative to the handle. When the tooth on the handle engages a notch in the wheel the wheel is kept from rotation.Produced as the ratchet handle for HINSDALE socket sets. Variants are known for 1/2 inch square drive and for hex drive sets.Fonée, Bain & Hinkle - patent attorneys. |
