Description: |
Swivel head ratchet driver for drills, wrenches, etc. The position of the internal pawls and corresponding teeth is such that a slight movement of the handle will change engagement of at least one pawl and tooth. The 1st of two patents noted in advertising for the "ARMSTRONG UNIVERSAL" swivel ratchet. (see also no. 658,478)
