Description: |
Two shanks are bound by a flat helix wire. The end inserted in lengthwise half slots in the two shanks keeps them aligned; the other end can be pulled out from cross slots sufficiently to allow one shank to slide in and out for size adjustment. The jaws form an "alligator" wrench.
Compare this to the SHAW WRENCH (pat. no. 956,280) and Walden's March 9, 1920 patent no. 1,333,517. |
