| The ratchet wheel has coarse square cornered teeth; the pawl reverses by shifting its tensioning spring. The ratchet head and pawl bearing are riveted into the frame. Marketed as the "HEXALL" ratchet. Improves Sedgley's May 18, 1915 patent (no. 1,140,167).
The HEXALL set includes sockets conforming to Sedgley's patent no. 1,289,558. |
